Graphics are not related to the internet connection at all.

I don't know how much time you can play with 1Gb, I suggest you test until the connection be reduced and then you will know how much time you can play. I guess also that it depends on the players around you, if you fight or only talk with npcs, each packet you send or recieve from the server has their own size and you send/recieve more or less depending on what you do.

I always remember that with low internet connection players are advised to lower their resolution.

Higher resolution is not more data on the packets received by your computer. The data sent is always the same from the game server end, no matter what your graphics settings are, what changes is how your own computer translates it into grapghics on your screen.
So higher resolution = more data for your graphic card and own memory RAM to process, but not related to bandwidth.

You are wrong kluader, you dont send any graphics through internet. And the server doesnt send anything about graphics.
The graphics are inside the client and the only one which use and manage them is the computer itself.
