I just joined today and this guy seems to keep picking fights with everyone over global chat and then he starts threatening GM actions against people when he's not even in any position of power.

First of all if you wanna report something on a so big convertation take it from the start and put some more photos.
I was speaking to a player that he already has a chat ban for vulgar language, real life threating and more other things. He is near to get a jail and i know that cause i know the server rules. (i suggest you to go and read them)
Second. What is that player? "Someone put a muzzle this idiot, please." you make a report you need to be more respectful to other players if you wanna someone take serious all that you will type.
And last i dont keep fight with everyone cause as you say you join today so you don't know who are my enemies or who are my friends. As all of us we can see you don't even know the server rules and that cause you haven't read them...

Actually i dont care for anything that you believe player. Look how are the things. Have proofs? No. So better get your proof and post them or dont blame on my name. We are not all kids like some ppl here or in game so we can't allow other players braking the rules without punishment. Rules are rules so reconciliation with them for your good.

Now, Ronan, I agree rules must be maintained, but don't act like a pompous ass threatening GM actions. When people break rules, you just say that's against rules, or simply report it. You attempt to boss people around which didn't last long after I called you out. Funny you found my post within 10mins, you knew you fucked up.
