Who are layer, some one said gm always online. I try to call him, no answer, when start spaming and get chat ban 30 min.

Sometimes when we are online, we are already extremely busy. You must wait until a gm has time to address your issue, but if you spam chat repeatedly, knowing you're upsetting players, you will get chat banned every time.

I want to add that GMs can't be online always. They have their own life.
