Hello,
Currently I am trying to get "Premium Caravan Certificate", the quest needs 56 Life Forces from Chimeras and 14 Contained Life Forces fron Celtus. After 1 hour farm in HB and after killing houndreds of Chimeras and some Celtus I have 0 Life Force and 0 Contained Life Forces. Am I doing something wrong or the drop rate of quest items is really low?
PS: I tried to find NPC "Kief" at Hidden Oasis location to get "Magical Bottle" but I couldn't found him.

Hello Belerefontis,
This quest can be a little difficult. Once you have the magic bottle, you must use it on the Chimeras and Celtus when they are at 10% or below hit points. This is how you collect the life forces. It can be a little tricky to time sometimes, but it is definitely do-able. Hope this helps!

I found that I can get Magic bottle from Kief in hidden Oasis location. The npc should be between Falk and Bernarde, but it's not. Can you informe me about his location?

As you stated the magic bottle is obtained from Kief in the Hidden Oasis section of Hellbound, however he is not placed between Falk and Bernarde. Kief is inside one of the houses to the West of Bernarde. The house you will find him in, has 2 guards stood outside. You can proceed into the house and down a long corridor to the end, take a right and Keif should be in the room at the end.
Be sure to take 20 scorpion stingers with you! :-)
