Help me please

Hello gm is not my intention to bother but wanted to know how to get the recipe for the weapon Sword of Damascus as inadvertently select for my quest Sub class and have already 3 weeks trying it out and not get it anywhere and because of the little active population of the server can not even buy it to another user if I could help would be helpful and fabulous and I want to continue my character but do not want to restart the whole subclass quest please help are considered
