Hero with 8 matches? is that possible?

"The Hero will be the individual who has accumulated the most Olympiad points according to their main class, has competed more than 9 times in that period, and claimed at least 1 victory."

So I ask the GMs is that normal? Hero with 8 matches? or is it a bug of the server?

btw read this in case u find this normal the source is the official legacy site (pre-GoD) :

"For example, even if a player has accumulated the most Olympiad points in the current period, if he has competed less than 9 times or has never claimed a victory, he is ineligible to become a Hero;"

We have seen this happen before, it's a bug with the actual hero monument. If the player in questions opponent has disconnected by a DC or log out and the match ended in the buff period, the fight will not show up on the hero monument. It is impossible to gain hero status without the 9 fights needed.
