Level 85 should be 27,33% and level 84 sould be 30,33%.
The maths are:
((original rate) - (difference of levels * 9)) /3
Therefore for 85 (2 lvls difference): (100 - 2*9) / 3 = 27,33%

Are you sure about that? I mean If u are 85 it should be not 2 lvls difference but 10 lvls. And also why dividing by 3 at the end?
Or is this formula applied only when Baium is hit by char who is more that 9 lvls higher? And the (difference of levels) means how many levels above 9 is char level. So for 83 level chance is 100% and then it falls to 30,33%?

Sorry it is the difference between mob lvl +9 and yours, so 2 or 1 in your case, and this happens with all mobs of the game, is the deep blue drop rule.
In the server config is explained in other words:
When player's level is 9 or greater than mob's level, drops got divided by 3.
After 9 levels of difference between player and mobs, drop chance is lowered by 9% each level that difference increases. (9lvls diff = -9%; 10lvls diff = -18%;)
I think this formula is applied to most hated by the mob, usually who most damage caused to the mob. Obviously when the mob dies.
