Light Armor Mastery

Well... As i know u should compare light armors to heavy armors or no armor at all. Why? Cuz you dont have mastery for heavy, and u dont get any bonuses then. When you are wearing ROBE items you are automatically affected by 1st lvl skills "Spellcraft" and "Magician's Movement". Spellcraft skill increases casting speed for 100% (comparing to 91% of light armor mastery) and Magician's Movement increases atk speed by 25% (just like light armor mastery). Without any armor (or with heavy) and without Dyes u should have about 270 cast speed on this lvl. Thats why u get such casting speed. Hope it clears the situation
