i installed new login patch without deleting/desintall anything. now when i use new login patch doesnt work at all. I instaled l2 few times untill now same problem. using windows 7 x64. I attached a pic with login error.

Did you tried disabling antivirus/firewall for a moment? Its very weird because it says the webpage was declined and is not true, at least our webpage didn't. Maybe you are under a proxy that it did.

The old patch is now useless, do you have any firewall or antivirus enabled? try to disable it or add L2Vanir.exe and l2.exe to trusted software.
The l2vanir updater uses Internet Explorer to show the page. Is your Internet Explorer working? Probably you have a firewall software blocking it.

Is your Internet Explorer working fine?
Do you see also the white page saying the "webpage declined to show this webpage"?

If you have all your security software disabled and you are still having problems with the updater there is nothing I can do. I'm pretty sure a software you are using is in conflict with the updater, disabling its connection or something. Did you tried to open the updater with Administrator rights?
The last thing I could do is to give you the files needed to connect, but in 6 months we'll need to do an update in the antibot system and you won't be able to connect again.
