Minor bug: Curse of Destruction

The thing is Cursee of Destruction debuff ignores Heroic Berseker buff

Im using Heroic berserker when I'm doing Soi instance, and i feel like its not protecting from debuffs (constant disarm and other SoI debuffs) at all.
