Hello. I have full moirai heavy set +6 (without shield). There is no diffrence in MP regeneration when its equipped. I've also checked Full plate armor +6 with shield, and there is also no diffrence in MP regeneration. Please fix, thanks.

Well we just tested this and you're correct, this isn't working as it should be, we are going to fix this and other's set overenchant bonuses.

Will be fixed in next update, the shield doesn't makes any difference.
