One of the quest rewards seems bugged
"Exchange 500 items for a weapon recipe/material
It appears to only give Icarus Trident Pieces, although this should be random chance to get several different kinds of S80 icarus wep parts & recs.
After handing in the quest several times i have ended up with only 28 Trident parts :) As the screen shot below shows
If you choose "Exchange 500 items for a weapon recipe/material." you can get:
14,28% - "Recipe - Icarus Trident (60%)"
85,71% - "Icarus Trident Piece" (random amount between 1 and 6)
If you choose "Exchange 100 items for a armor or jewelery recipe/material." you can get randomly:

Recipe - Sealed Moirai Ring (70%)
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Earring (70%)
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Necklace (70%)
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Shield (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Boots (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Gauntlet (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Gaiter (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Breastplate (60%)
Recipe - Sealed Moirai Helmet (60%)

I found sources that say 20% for Recipe - Icarus Trident and 80% for Icarus Trident Piece (random amount between 3 and 6) and 3ea instead 5ea for sealed moirai material.
But I don't know the veracity of the source.
What do you think?
I have researched deeper
it appears correct.
I thought it was wrong because it only gave trident. But it is actually correct.
