Mobs in Paliaka 73 instance drop quest enchant scrolls really rarely. Maybe I'm very unlucky, but I cleaned whole instance and found only one scroll, wasted time and had to do quest from the beggining. For the second time i quited quest after 4th group which didnt give me any scroll. Please increase drop rate for this quest. Thanks.

You are doing it wrong, to get the 2nd scroll you need to upgrade the spear first with the 1st scroll.

I know how to do this quest rly, and I did 3-4 times there. Just sometimes scrolls just dont want to drop. Even the 1st scroll is obtained after 5-6 group. Just check drop rates...

I have to say this happenned to me on my first try with my first character here. I talked to NPCs and upgraded the weapon with the first scroll, but after I killed all the remaining mobs available I still didn't have a second scroll so the dragon would not spawn. I had to cancel and redo that quest, since there was no other options. On 2 other characters it worked on first try, but the second scroll still took an ungodly long time to drop.

But that got fixed so if you don't have the scroll the last mob will give it to you...
