Possible Clan Wharehouse bug

Clanmember with fullclanrights cant withdraw from Clanwharehouse.

Im not the clanleader ,you are right im a member with all rights for the warehouse from my Clanleader I Have the rights for it but cant withdraw something thats my prob!!
