Reagent Pouches disappeared

Hi,
I've been farming MSS for 1h, then ported to aden, went to groccery to sell some useless things, after transaction was over, my Reagent Pouches (1133 of them!) disappeared!?!?!?
Solve this as soon as possible!

It is very easy for people to mistakenly sell their reagent pouches because the pouches look the same as some of the other mats a player might not want. If you haven't logged out yet, please return to the grocery and check the buy back option before we spend a lot of time looking for something that might be right there. These pouches don't just suddenly disappear. If you have sold them, and have logged out since, there isn't anything we can do for you except advise you to be more careful in the future.
