L2 Vanir shop sells all grade weapons except s80 and s84.
But as i noticed, it doesnt sell normal scrolls D, C, B, A grade.
By this way its much more hard to gain a normal scroll than a weapon S grade!
Obtaining scrolls via event manager is really hard.
I suggest admin to add scrolls till A grade at shop for some gold einhasad (for example 10 D grade scrolls 1 Gold einhasad, etc.)
I think this is more balanced.

The Vanir shop does not have all grade weapons, only A grade and normal S grade. It also holds no scrolls for these items. Aside from the event medals there are other ways to obtain scrolls. Maybe you have forgotten about the Wonderous Cubic quest. It starts at grocer Helvetica in Giran, and can be used once a day to obtain a random scroll. This quest can be used on all characters of an account, so it's a very fast and easy way to get scrolls. Also, spoiling and raiding are other good ways to get enchant scrolls. I believe that is how the S grade scrolls are usually gathered. The red gem and blue gem quests in Aden also reward players with random enchant scrolls (they are in the WH and blacksmith shop),so please keep this in mind.
GE is currency used to obtain armor and weapons, not every item you may need. I understand your desire for these scrolls, but there are many fast and easy ways to get them!

nonon, im not talking about S grade scrolls, but about D or C grade scrolls... We could add them at Vanir shop or trade for event apigas at Handy shop.

I knew what you were talking about and answered accordingly. These quests are simple and fast ways to get the scrolls you're looking for. We are not adding any enchant scrolls to the Vanir shop or NPC Handy.
