Hey.
There are buffs in Seed of Anihilation (Efficacy of strength, wisdom,agility). Those buffs should be rerolled every week between SoA locations. The problem is for last 6 weeks, 5 of 6 times Efficacy of strength was in the same place. It looks like it doesnt wanna change. I dont know maybe just very bad luck, but its very annoying. Can u confirm that those buffs really change places with fair rate? Thanks.
