that's what I said when I take the quest, I'm level 79

you are either not on a quest that involves this npc , or you don't meet this npc's minumum quest requirements

You need to talk with Hollint in the Einhasad Temple in the Town of Oren. You must have completed the first part of Seven Signs (Series of Doubt) and be lvl 79 at least.

Tell me exactly what are the steps yo do. I mean, which dialogs you see and which texts/links you click.
Just in case tell me your char name as well.
