So i was lookign around for servers, i am so bored and wanted to play some L2. Some1 can tell me some inside info, do u get any advantage with donation? Any preferable classes that the server lacks? How is the population? Thanks.

Hi Soulka,
Welcome to L2vanir, I hope you'll give us a chance. Our population fluctuates often, and you generally see a larger amount of people online during our events, I'd say we average about 150-200 people. We're always working hard to make repairs when necessary and add an interesting event every month.
The donations shop would give a new player a head start when it comes to catching up to other players here, but there is nothing offered in the shop that's not obtainable through normal game-play. We don't offer any weapons, armor, or blessed enchant scrolls as donations. There are shadow versions of the Zaken and Ant Queen jewels, but they disappear after 15-30 days of use. Other than that, donations are mostly used for element crystals and noble enhancement stones because some players don't want to farm these items.
We are a very tank-heavy server. Our buffs last 1 hour, and this includes songs and dances. I always love when I see a new player making something usual or rarely played. Many clans here will take someone, no matter what class they choose to play.

Hey there! I've been playing for a while and donations don't really make you like to be the best like in other kind of servers, here u can't get top weapons or enchants like sterling said... i donated for hats, some agathion and name change, maybe some crystal or forgotten scroll but not really worth for me, it's better to farm them, not that hard xD
if you want to play here you can join the clan where i am in, it's ChocolateFactory, we are looking for people to do raids and stuff together :D.

The server has its ups and downs. It gets to a pretty good pop then after 4 or so months it decreases again. Then all of a suddon a ton more come in. So, if you log on and the pop is not a ton just grind a bit, wait a bit and meet some nice people. Then when you turn around the pop is back up. The donation shop is mainly for level 83+ forgotten scrolls, elemental crystals, name change and maybe noble quest if you are lazy.
Join the Chocolate Factory, they are a good up and coming clan with some strong veterans.
