would be great if someone make people remember that they can't speak the language that they want on global, because everyone is doing this even knowing it, maybe do something or allow it in rules..

Hello,
we keep an eye on as much we can, but we are not 24/7 in game.
About reminding the people about the Global Chat rules, there are auto announcements, and also some manuall ones whenever i'm online.
Global Chat (!shout) will stay in English as it is.
The only thing we can do is to make harder punishments.
