Unable to create nem game account

Dear Support,

I have just registered my account Bikanyak here. I am unable to register game account under it, gettin the following error message always:
An error has occurred while attempting to create a new account.
Could you please check?

The problem atm is located in the website ... i hope the Admin Ignis will soon see it and take care of it...Hand in there until we have news!!
