My suggestion would be to leave the drop of vitality herb difficult, only increasing her time for 20/30 minutes from now grateful.

Hello, I don't think that is a good idea to modify the herb of vitaliy replenishment duration. It would make leveling way too easy.
You can increase vitality points from other sources like revita pop or bless of vitality.

Good thing is that with 5 minutes vitality, not to get any rod for xp, not to achieve 100% then no point have caught it

Herb of Vitality Replenishing is meant to give a slight help to the player, while he's hunting Vitality bar will increase, is not meant to increase at it's fullest, we aren't going to modify it because it would make so unbalanced zones with herbs vs zones without herbs, and we think it's good like this.
This is a server x10 retail-like, the objective of this rates are making the player feel accomplished with his achievements like leveling a character, we are sorry if you don't like this, but we aren't going to change it.
