If a user could vote in a day from 2 - 3 different IPs (max), why don't you reward him/her multiple points? This could benefit your players and longetivity of server life span.

Using simple browser addons, like hola, you can easily gain access to 30+ different IP addresses.
Allowing this to happen diminishes the cash shop/donations and frivolizes the costs of maintaining this server.
