Please give us a solution, all clan member says they did nothing to make it happen.

Clan halls must be registered every 30 days to prevent inactive clans to hold clan halls leaving none for new clans. We added this clan hall leasing in a December update. I see there are currently 5 clan halls for sale so you'll be able to purchase another one. Note that any member is able to register the clan hall, it doesn't have to be the clan leader. You recieve a warning on log-in when you're into your last 30 days. As long as you have one active member you will be able to maintain your clan hall.

The previous situation is not the faults of the GMs or staff. After you purchase the clan hall and it is your base, be sure to REGISTER it at the clan hall manager. It is the last option on the list. You will need to re-register the clan hall once every 30 days. As I said before, any member of the clan can do this so the leader doesn't have to log in specially for registration.
You can see the clan hall ticker when you log on. There will be a system message thats says ** days until you lose your clan hall. Something like that. Everyone in the clan can see it. All you do it talk to the clan hall manager and click on Clan Hall Lease.
As said loar a system message is sent to all CLAN MEMBERS (includes the leader) when they log in.
The message is: You have X days remaining to manage your Clan Hall lease. Please check your Clan Hall Manager.
This message is sent for 30 days on each log in!
