windows wont start...

So, few days ago I've installed windows updates, and since the following restart I keep getting blues teen when windows loads. I wanted to reinstall windows... But when the option" press any key to load from cd..." shows up. My keyboard doesn't work. It did work tho in bios when I changed the dvd drive as boot option...
After bluescreenn pc restarts and I can choose between startup repair and start windows normally..well here my keyboard doesn't work either so start up repair starts automatically after 30sec. There the pc finds errors it can't repair and restarts. Which leaves me at the beginning of this post... Wondering if ita the keyboard that causes the trouble. Any ideas?
