Witch Warder spawn in a 2-char pt in Isle of Prayer!

So I exp in Isle of prayer as every1 knows some nasty cats spawn if u hit mobs there while u r in a pt who have more than 2 chars the prob is that everything was ok 1h ago but now from time to time 4 cats spawn at random even though I'm still with 2char pt... so WTF happening? ~__~ Can some1 check this plz???
