Its the same patch, don't work.
I unnistaled the game and installed again...but didn't work.

check and if needed make an exception in your antivirus and firewall for L2.exe, just to be sure it's not at this end.

We are investigating the issue.

As said above you should make an exception or desactivate the firewall to try if that's the problem. Also try changing your IP by restarting the router. You can also try to run "l2.exe" as an Administrator (right click and "Run as an Administrator").
