It's working properly for me.
Do you have enough adena? Each buff costs 100 Adena.
Which button you're clicking? Could you give some more information and be more specific?

Ofc i don't have adena, albo i don't have lvl, buffs, items... and rates are 10x gl with this kind of testing...
