Can't enter game after log in :/

Hi.
Have you logged in successfully at some point?
Is there an error message? Or only "You have been disconnected" message?
In what moment are you disconnected? In server selection? In char selection? Creating char? Just after enter the username and password?
If you can make a screenshot of the moment, even better.

A very detailed explanation would be great.

You have two characters, this happens with both of them? One of your chars seemed to be online, it's strange.

I think I might have similar situation.

I play for about a month. Yesterday I got dc after using Teleport to certain location outside one of the cities. I saw only pieces of the scenery of the place and lots of bright yellow colour and got dc + window with information said that:

"The system file may have been damaged. After ending the game, please check the file using the Lineage II auto update.(Bad name index -134217699/7521"

After re-log the same thing happened. I loged the same acc , I chosen the same character and the same picture I saw: lots of yellow for about 1 sec and dc/information about error. Sad thing is the same thing happened to me today with my other acc/character.
Strange thing is that when I loged few minutes ago on my friend computer dc did not occured... the yellow colour changed to normal view after few secunds. But when I loged again on my computer the big bright yellow and dc returned after about 10 minutes when I used teleport at Catacumb NPC.

Please help me  solve this issue.

PS. I did use FullCheck option. I did Repare option (from instalation file menu).

download patch file again and update your system again , that worked for me. With one exception in the locality there this happend i have to have default ingame settings or it happend again.

This report came out when I tried to use my first acc today, the one that got the problem first.

But a minute ago I loged in the second acc and apparently that one works for now.

To include more detals I can say that the teleport that caused the problem in the first place was going with my first charater from Oren to SelMahum Training Grounds (South Gate). After that happened I worked some time with my second character (second acc) and did something stupid - I went to Oren and took the same teleport and got dc with the same report. And I was not able to use that character till today. I will stay away from that teleport this time for sure.

lol! this happend again, literly i can log like 5 sec earlier and now i can not!!! but i can log on my second comupter wtf? i' was just loggin my suport...

i'm still logged on 3 chars...

I had this exact exception. I dont know why this happend. But then I download game patch and install it and again updet game system. I can log in to the game.
Then I tryed to change ingame graphic setting and got same error again. 
So I now use default graphical setting.
