Ok so what is going on so far... and could at least point us or info us whats the prob? i mean the server is down we lose many things atm exept fun ofc please inform us for any change and any progress

Hey guys,
We're so sorry for the delay. After our restart this morning some files were corrupted and we're restoring them from backup but it's taking a long time to recover them. We have different files for different data so nothing you've done will be lost. We appreciate all your patience here while Ignis repairs this. Unfortunately, we still don't know how long it will be.
