The server's hard disk has some issues and that's why is taking so much time to do anything.
We have ordered a new disk so we can move everything there. But first we need to do a backup of everything so it wil take some time.
Again, thanks for your patience, we are doing our best to bring the server back.

can u tell us approximate time when the server will be on again?
so then...aproximativlly when is the server going to be back Online ? tomorow ?
No, because we don't know when the backup will be done, the hard disk is copying files so slow and also we need to request a disk replacement when the backup is done and we don't know when the replacement will be done, and also we will need to set up the server again (I mean, operating system and so on).
So I'm sure won't be today.

Taking in consideration the current celebration time, we can easily assume everything will take twice as long, so better just enjoy Easter with your families and leave the comp to cool off for a change guys :)
