due to this database error, you'll have to make not a double exp weekend but whole week since some geared and important characters were lost..

what does give double exp if u cant log couple frigging usefull characters?
does mobs gonna drop GA now? cause i wont donate new BD to get new zerk!
and i wont wait a month or two to make zerk via oly (ohh wait i even cant cus new rules)
will double exp provide me recipes to new craft?

... and i rather have some accounts lost, that didn't belonged to me in the first place, than to loose everything ...

What about all the items that we lost with that problem to accounts that we dont have the forum account to change them? Is there a chance to recover those characters/items/accounts etc. or we will lose them?
Because for some of us some characters on accounts like that have on them epics and important items (for me some of them was my whs accounts with armor sets adenas weapons etc). I use passes from an entire clan that ppl have stop and i dont know the forum accounts. And there is no chance to start asking ppl to recover passes cause some of them have stoped like a year +/-.
Is there any other chance to recover the passes let us know.

You will all need to be patient with us on this matter.  Ignis is resting after working on this crash for about 18 hours straight.  The team here will discuss this but a decision won't come quickly, and whatever we decide might take even more time.

We understand many people were gifted accounts and may not have the master info needed, but we can't just assume this and change them all to a default password either. 

We will udate all of you as we go here, but I must remind you that we have always warned against the dangers of sharing accounts.

If those accounts were really gifted they should have merged the accounts. It's free and takes a few clicks.

I merged SHerminators and my brothers accounts.  I just did not merge Jackals account Because I never asked for mast account.

Is the lag going to be fixed too?....Its getting really bad!
