04/04/2015 - 13:00 - We can't run the server yet, we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
04/04/2015 - 15:00 - We have located where the issue is, Ignis is now working on resolving it to run the server with normality.
04/04/2015 - 23:30 - The situation is worse than we ha expected, we currently doing backups and replacing the server's hard drive.
04/05/2015 - 06:30 - After multiple checks to file system and read/write rate tests on rescue mode we have noticed that was another thing what was causing the slowness. After fixed that and restore all data, we couldn't restore the passwords, so all your passwords have been lost and they have to be set again from My Account section in the website. The server is up and working normally.
We have never had a problem like this before, sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for your patience. There will be a double EXP and something else for the next week for the inconveniences.
